I've done some spying on international offers but have never seen a single
legal disclaimer on those flogs/affiliate lp's (Country is mainly Germany but also France and Spain).
How do you approach marketing internationally when running "gray hat" stuff? Do you even care about the legal issues?
At the end of the day the disclaimers will not save you. But I always recommend that you place some "ADVERTISEMENT" and some disclaimer regarding: THIS PAGE RECEIVES COMPENSATION FOR CLICKS ON OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FEATURED ON THIS SITE.
Guess those long nights of reading through WF's old threads weren't wasted! There are some great posts about this hidden deep in the ancient ruins of WF, too bad everyone's just F5ing STS these days.
