Adsterra used to be huge with pop traffic, they definitely have volumes.
I also used to get good volumes for push, but at some point they lost big publisher and then it kinda stucked.
But I would definitely test them, their traffic is usually good.
As for estimator, I would rather get in touch with your AM and get the volumes for the geos you need from them directly.
