It appears you want to act as a direct advertiser.
Like affiliate networks are very particular with the affiliates that they allow to join their network,
it is the same with affiliates to deal directly with a Direct Advertiser, there are inherent risks both ways.
Because affiliates, front all the money to launch a campaign, they usually need to have some precaution.
Because most direct advertisers pay sometimes at 15, 30 and 45 days, during this time the affiliate would have spent 1000's to 10000's of dollars on traffic.
One of my friends was burned for 30K.
That is why most AM will work with 1 or more networks, because the networks prevents this problem.
My suggestion is learn how to launch campaigns yourself, just need a Tracking site to audit your Clicks and any traffic source that runs mainly Adult Streams, Clickadu and Plugrush are a couple.
Anyway hope this helps or maybe you will find some people that will take you up on your offer.

Yes, I would love to learn how to advertise directly and learn to launch campaigns. I will have a look at the traffic sources you suggested.
In terms of pay, we leave this to Verotel affiliate program and they affiliates receive the money directly in their verotel affiliate account so this will not happen with any delay of payment.
