Need Help with Google Ads account suspension.

Hi,

Whenever i am trying to make new Google Ads account, after putting a campaign for approval.

Code:

My account getting suspended for various issue like Misrepresentation Policy, Circumventing Policy or Suspicious Payment Issue.

Anyone here can please help how to create the account properly and farm it so it will not get banned.
