Part of the CPA networks you work with are actually affiliate networks, so they get their traffic from us, the affiliates. So what you need to learn is how to operate as an affiliate. And that's what most of us do here on the forum... we buy traffic from the public sources and optimize it to convert offers from advertisers, such as yourself.
