What does it means "deeplink" in a offer description

I'm searching for some offers on clickdealer and I found this offer

[WEB+MOB] Samsung Galaxy S10 deeplink /FR

What does "deeplink" means and when should I use those kind of offers?

Because many affiliates run direct-linked traffic towards offer links, most networks include landing pages before the offer page. This is done to improve the conversion rate of an offer as well as lower the the number of raw clicks towards the affiliate network tracking system.

So the standard flow of the offer is like:
Landing Page -> Offer Optin page

On the other hand, Deeplink offer links go straight to the Offer Optin page. Setup which is quite handy if you are using your own landing pages.

Thank you so much for the explanation. If I'm running pop with a prelander, is it better to send the traffic to a deeplink or to a normal offer landing page? Should I test both?

Testing both is the easiest way

But really, it depends on the particular setup.

Deeplinking can also mean linking to a specific page or specific sales page, some category, special offer, discounted package etc ... If that's the case, the whole funnel should be designed with this in mind and stay consistent with the message.

I've seen all kinds of linking options like these, some networks called it deeplinks, some used the word "product specific" links, some name these "niche links"... then there were "direct join" links ...The best is to check those links directly to see what the setup is.
