Struggling getting a merchant account, missing something?

We've got a project running in the multivitamins/supplements space and looking to process CCs online. Struggling to find processors that actually accept this sort of business and accepting the business is located outside of US/UK/AU/CA/NZ/Europe.

We're not keen on burn and churn/cloaking payment processors. So far we're only using PayPal and not being able to accept CCs affects CR. And this our own brand, not some aliexpress-dropshipping, and it's a non trial/recurring offer, so basically legit products.

Stripe is an obvious no-no due to TOS on psuedo-supps. Authorize, or other even higher risk processors (eg EasyPayDirect and even Verotel) we looked at all requires a US/EU based company with track record. Company is incorporated in SG and so far the ones that ones that accepts SG company we've pinged doesn't like dealing with supplements. We must be missing something here, anyone has any ideas?

I heard some good things about incorporating in Estonia too... they offer e-residency, then you can found a company with zero tax as long as you don't withdraw the money from company's accounts.

Might be worth exploring.
