Please review my landing page

Looking for feedback on this landing page. Running facebook ads promoting this tips guide to save money when combined with a home warranty. The ad is getting 6-7% ctr (all) and 3-4% ctr link click through but lander not converting. Any help would be appreciated.

Interesting...

I'll throw out some thoughts.

I've never run on facebook but have spent massive time on Senior Listicles and Home Improvement listicles on Native... of which Home Warranties were one of the top offers.

My thought is that you should either ditch the 'Listicle' format and just have a regular advertorial on Home Warranties so the attention is entirely directed on that, OR you should go full out and make it a home improvement listicle and add in some other offers like Windows Remodel, Bathroom Remodel, HVAC lead gen, Mortgage lead-gen, etc interspered with the informational blurbs. So tip 1 is purely good info, tip 2 is save with a home warranty, tip 3 is save with new windows, tip 4 is purely informational, and so on.

Right now you just have the button interspersed among the informational tips, so I think its easy to overlook what the button is even referring to, if that makes sense.

And then I would also test it without collecting the email if possible, as that might be lowering the overall conversion rate too much (if that's possible to do).

Again though- all of the above advise is from running Home Warranty and Listicle stuff on natives- it could be totally different on facebook and all that advice could be horrible in that regard!

PS I very much like the look of the page- very professional- and the writing on the informationals is very good too.

Are you sure it's the landing page causing the "not converting" part? Are you sure the offer converts? Did you test other similar offers?

So, I arrived on the page and thought wow I'm gonna buy a 2 litre bottle of coke for that annoying blockage I have.. carried on scrolling and read some more awesome tips.. saw a button and completely skipped it.. more awesome tips and another button I still didn't look at.
The tips are really great but the page is more like a blog to me. Maybe there's a way you could be like "download this free pdf to find out how a 2ltr bottle of coke can save all your problems + 10 more amazing tricks to reduce your warranty by X%"
Get their email on the pdf download then you can push them the button to get started once rather than 5 times like LOOK AT THIS... PLEASE LOOK AT THIS.

However, I'm biased. I didn't arrive on that page because I need to fix my home warranty.

I gotta say it's a bit long. You lose the user when you go for the long blog type of landing page. I don't get if it's a blog piece or in general what's the meaning of this one. So as @octapad said, i would do it like "Download the PDF" and keep the email reg flow shorter. Like: "Want to read more? Sign up here"

Split test an overlay that appears after X amount of time making sure the user gets to see the call to action - lots of guys have success with that angle as it forces the user to notice there's something more than reading.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I actually had a lander that was focused mainly on the quiz that was converting better but only after I could get traffic to it. However my ads were doing very poorly at less than 2% ctr as I felt I didn't have much value to offer to get better clicks. Ads basically just pics of homes and broken appliances that said "save money on repairs with a home warranty."

I thought if I change to what I have now I could get better CTR cause I could offer this list to get more clicks. It worked to raise my CTR, seeing 7% ctr with ads "save money when combining these tips with a home warranty."

However since I've done this, optin rate has dropped to nothing. I'm gonna make some changes and try the optin to pdf download of the list followed by the redirect to offer and see if that works better.

Thanks again everyone for the feedback.
I'll let you know how it goes.

I see one major flaw with this lander.

There are 24 tips on the page, then some buttons that mention home warranty. When I click on the button, I remain on the same page, it takes me to the top to answer the 2 questions, but the title remains the same : "24 Really Simple Tips To Extend The Life Of Your Appliances And Home Systems."

No explanation why I need the waranty, no details about it, I didn't even understand I'm about to get a quote maybe... to me it felt like I'd be subcribing to get the 24 tips emailed to me... while they are already on the page.

I would definitely load a new page upon the click on the CTA, or at least change the header, use different color and change the text around the subscribe form. The white text on the light blue background doesn't read the best too.

Better CTA quotes would help too.
