How you name your business does not really matter. It is the quality of the work you deliver that will attract clients and referrals.

I have businesses with distinct names
- the name of a region,
- my initials,
- a keyword,
- a random invented word.

All works well.
In your case, anything followed my marketing will do.

Jeremie is right, the name doesnt matter much, unless you are trying to build a brand... in that case, it would make sense to try and find a name that is easy to remember.

Other than that, I've worked with plenty of affiliate businesses and their names never really bothered me much. The only thing I noticed over the years was that it was quite important to chose a name that is easy to pronounce ... affiliates often meet in loud/crowded places at conferences, for example, and the last thing you want is to repeat the name of your company to someone at the beginning of a meetup or a networking event. Its hard to remember something I couldnt understand in the first place.

So whatever you choose, keep it short and use common, very known and easy to pronounce/understand words.

This is so right.

I chose my business name in 2005 when I was running adult stuff, the name also somehow reflects that.

I still use it today because I still like the name but each time I have to spell my email to someone it´s annoying ebcause the name is pretty complicated to spell.

Nowadays I also would chose a much easier name.
