Damn @taormina thats some pretty epic shit!
We are currently in the same boat, been running CPA for 5 years now and we really have nothing to show for it. Millions of conversions and not one single email in our CRM.
Thats why we started to develop our own offers as well now. It's the only way to actually have recurring revenue from all the efforts you put in before.
I would appreciate if you could give us some tips as we are new in the offer owner world.
Currently we have a funnel that takes users from:
FB Ad > Advertorial > Value Sequence (a few pages of content about the topic) > Free ebook > No brainer tripwire offer for $7 to have limited access to our membership program> $997 Yearly subscription for a membership / video course / software and a few other perks.
The goal is to convert them to the $997 yearly plan once they logged into our membership area, use the method/strategy that is teached and then they are confident enough to commit to a 12 month plan to get access to the whole system. (It's no bullshit, it really works if they put in the work)
We literally just launched 2 days ago and still gathering data on the whole funnel, but I would love the hear your thoughts on what you think about this funnel and if there is something to be improved or changed.
I know its very different from your funnel and doesn't have any down/upsells yet. The main reason is that this is a combo of membership/ video course and software product. All 3 things are required for the customer to use everything in order to make money in a very very specific niche, so its not some general MMO shit.
Selling a physical product in the front funnel won't really fit, so I thought maybe to charge for the ebook right away, increase the price on the tripwire to $39,99. I am sure nobody will upsell right away to a $997 product from an initial ebook purchase, so I guess our goal is to convert them to the full membership later via email and retargeting.
What do you think?
Thanks a lot in advance man!
thanks for sharing
This is pure value.
A lot of BS gurus out there but this guy just broke it down how it is.
Thanks
