first of all i hope i'm posting this in the right place , as most of you know by now , G00gle ruined our christmas . i was hit hard by this last update 80% of my sites tanked . anyway one of these sites is in the adult niche , and it's about an "ADULT" performer .
you hear often about people hijacking social media handles of famous Adult performers , i'm doing something similar only in this case i'm hijacking their spot on g00gle serp 
first it started as "why not" idea , not knowing if it could work or not .
i did some KW research and it turned out some of these hot babes have crazy Monthly search volumes xD the fun part is most of them don't own a website , so i picked one and made a website , and that was about a month ago , fast forward to today my site hit page one on the main KW and started getting some decent traffic https://i.imgur.com/8z91PG3.png
what started as a joke turned into a real passive income , so far it's about 10/20$ a day . if i manage to rank higher that would be an easy 50$ a day , but here comes the problem ... DMCA , still didn't get any notice yet , but i feel it's coming . this girl has 100k volume on AHREF , so sooner or later she'll stumble upon the site , imagine her surprise haha .
i never had to deal with any DMCA problems before , i'm posting this just to see your thoughts on the matter ! also my site is hosted on namecheap lol ... i'm planning to scale this and create maybe like 10 more sites with the same angle but i need to find a solution for DMCA problems .... if anyone knows a thing or two , please don't shy away your insights are highly appreciated .

I've used this approach in the past a lot. I had dozens of blogs that had pornstar names in the domain, I also had a directory with adult models... so I was basically going after the same traffic.
I never received a single DMCA take down request, but let me add that I was using content from paysites that I also linked to and tried to sell. So I actually had the rights to use the content. I'm not sure how much ground there actually is for a DMCA by the performer alone, since most of them don't have their stage names trademarked anyways.
What happened a few times was requests from models who decided to back out of the industry, when that happens, they sometimes hire people to help them take their nude/porn content down from the net. Apparently, they stand pretty much zero chance to remove it, but I always complied with such requests.
So I guess it comes down to how are you building those sites and what kind of content you are using. In these days of pirated content, I doubt you could face any serious problems.
A word of warning: I have a friend who got into major problems because of building a similar site for an underage model (under 18). The problem was, this model actually lied about her age and used a fake ID, so the content was used by many out there and my friend simply copied it from somewhere. At some point, the model decided to go after whoever reposted her content and sued them all... he decided to settle, but it was very expensive. So whatever model you chose to build a site like this for, make sure she doesn't look to young.
thanks for your reply dude , really insightful i'm actually not uploading any of her materials on the site ,i'm just pretending to be "her" and trying to monetize her fans to sign up on an adult smart link "wink wink" , so a part from a couple pictures of her , there is no serious stuff + i don't live in the usa & was reading about some hosting that ignores dmca in case i wanna scale this . still thanks a lot for your reply . and sorry to hear about your friend .
