I see this topic come up a lot. Could anyone point me in the direction of how to use these?
I'm assuming for backbuttons you just need to add some code to your LP, but what does a smartlink do and how can we implement one into our campaigns?

A Smartlink you basically use like an offer link.
You can just send traffic to it.

In the smartlink itself there are many different landing pages and offers.
The networks then analyze the incoming traffic by factors like device, connection, browser, country, carrier and so on.

Then based on their data they send the users to the best matching and most promising combination.

The advantage of smartlinks is that they mostly take all traffic you send there.
That´s why many people use it for remnant traffic, for untargeted traffic nthat won´t convert in the main funnel or they send backbutton trafrfic to smartlinks to still monetize it a bit.

Amazing! So, I think I can pick up the smartlink from the traffic source.. like monetizer for example, right?
I don't spose off the top of your head you know any other major traffic sources that have the option to use a smartlink??

I guess you confused a bit there.

Trafficsources don´t supply smartlinks but CPA networks do.

Many networks nowadays have smartlinks, you could also check Clickdealer (dating smartlink) or for example Los Pollos.
But I personally would only use smartlinks for stuff like backbutton.

I wouldn´t use it in my main funnel.
