Voluum and Clickbank? (12)

Hello guys,


I am trying to integrate Voluum and Clickbank. I have followed this tutorial:

The Voluum guys said that everything is ok from the voluum software. They checked and all is implemented correctly. And they said that the problem is Clickbank and I should ask them why the conversion pixel is not being fired.


I contacted Clickbank but their support is very frustrating. They think I am trying to create a regular hoplink and looks like they do not know what is Voluum.


Guys, anyone here has integrated Voluum and Clickbank succesfully in the past?


I am trying to launch a native ads with Revcontent using Voluum to promote some Clickbank products. Any tips?

Not sure if that's the right one. I'll have to search a bit more. I know I found the exact solution somewhere in here

We have a server-to-server conversion tracking with Clickbank. Maybe that would be more suitable for you. Ping me if you wanna try it

And yes, Clickbank is pretty slow in responding

The solution from our docs is 100% tested, are you sure you set it up on Clickbank's side exactly like it's said in the article? You can send me screenshots from your Clickbank setup and your Voluum's sign-in e-mail and I'll take a look at it.

@jaybot, yes, I checked that tread. I tested that too. I followed the instructions, downladed the the script, modified it and didn´t get working.

@redtrack, thanks. I will check it.

@Voluum, I sent you the screenshot from my Clickbank setup and my Voluum sign-in email. I have followed the solution of Voluum docs. In fact, if you see the response I received from Voluum customer support on 16th December, there is a confirmation that my implementation is correct.

But still... the conversions are not reflected in the stats once I test orders... And I am not sure why?

Yeah, I thought that looked a little off. Let me check my settings... on Clickbank, go to Vendor, My Site, then scroll down to Integrated Sales Reporting - and add a new tracking pixel, set the link to something like:

https://yourawesometracker.com/conversion.gif?cid=OPTIONAL&payout=OPTIONAL&txid=OPTIONAL

But when test the order using the tracking link, I only see the visit, but not the conversion, even when I complete the order to the confirmation page:

Sorry... I have published the images incorrectly.

I have implemented the solution you give me in the PM and now is working! Finally, I can see the conversions.

I was generating with clickbank a test credit card number to test the funnel, but when I completed the test, it was not working because I have not completed the whole funnel and Volumm´s cid parameter wasn´t assigned nor passed to Clickbank.

Now, I have tried with a real credit card number and it is working. I can see the conversion reflected in the Voluum stats.

It is time to begin with my campaigns!

@jaybot, basically the solution was to test a sale with a real credit card instead to test a sale with the credit card number generated from the Clickbank account.

Doing that I can complete all the funnel.

@jaybot I've asked our support team to check if the solution from our docs is still working and it is - conversions were reported back to Voluum. Our test account is set up according to our docs, and so was @infoweb's.

While checking his settings, I saw some errors regarding "Invalid conversion request" in error log - a conversion pixel was being fired but no click id value was passed. The fix was to go through the campaign url when doing a test conversion.
