Now i need an program send same email and not become spam
It's first time make it and need to send an pair of thousand mails

Well, if you're just gonna harvest/scrape the addresses and then send them emails, it's gonna be pure spam, whatever way you look at it. And as such, you will get complaints and eventually get into trouble with the email solution you're gonna use.
Who are you trying to reach actually? Owners of sites to get backlinks from them? Possible affiliates to get traffic from? Or individual users that you want to sell to?
