Anyone can guide how to make FB/Google accounts to run BH stuff? (4)

Hi,
So I was wondering, I will get dongle with sim cards unlimited data, 10 of them, 10 LTE ips
Connect them with USB hub to my pc and create 10 mobile proxies for me via some program and set up.
Take these proxies, add to multilogin, 10 accounts, each account other proxy other cookies.
Total 10 proxies , 1 moulti login, 10 FB accounts.

Warm them up manually, add some friends pictures etc..
Verify accounts with these sim cards of course and use gmail to log in.

Same tact for google/youtube/instagram accounts of course.

Will it work to create BH accounts?
What do I have to take in mind as well?
Maybe anyone has better idea? suggestions?
