What is your budget brother and what sort of campaigns are you thinking of running?
$500 and I am looking at running some cpa and affiliate campaigns.
$500 is not a lot and I'm afraid it's not a solid budget to do any real damage with paid traffic.
You can certainly learn the basics with $500 but it will be very hard to do any optimization... plus there are some tools you need to buy, such as a tracker, some server to host LPs ...
Is this your final budget or you can invest more funds?
If you decide to give it a go with this budget, definitely focus on some tier-2 or 3 GEOs, such as some asian, african or eastern europe countries... probably POP or push traffic and some low payout sweep offers or something similar.
