Hello there , hope you're doing great .

so couple months ago , i did some fb ads + cpa testing , and it went pretty much south , ad account got disabled .

i contacted fb support but i always got the usual bot reply blah blah , about a week ago i contacted them again , and boom finally got a real reply from a "real" person

got my ad account back , on 7th dec , and waited till today to start a camp ,already had one ready just needed to upload and kaboom .
the thing is , after like an hour of me lunching the camp , i get hit with this "Ad Account Disabled for Policy Violation " damn it was a real bummer .

yeah about my campaign , i ripped ads from some other dude , creatives + ad copy + LP (of course i did change some stuff to look unique), just to go with something that facebook has already approved , but boy was i wrong . in fact my LP didn't even lead to an aff link , i just put the main store website there .

could it be i didn't wait long enough to go at it again ! did the ad account need some more warming ? or if facebook taking me for a joke ... anyway i'm sharing this experience and hoping to hear your take on it

There is a good chance you will get it back. Go ahead and request a review, that's the only thing you can do with a banned account. You are running WH as well according to your Shopify page so you should get it back.

Keep requesting for support to reinstate it and fingers crossed, they do!

it seems you got me wrong , my apologies for not making things very clear xD i'm running a BH sweepstake offer , never used this fb ad account for any WH . but thanks for your wishes mate

mini update : so i woke up today to see my ad account is enabled again , also my ads were disapproved . which is weird since my creatives + ad copy + LP are all identical to an already running campaign "not mine" !! i'm missing something here .

but hey at least i got my account back , i'll do more testing

rant update : so i just lunched a camp again , same one just modified my ad copy , and SHAKALAKABOOM , account disabled instantly !!!
i think my ad account is LQ , contacted fb again xD will see how it goes!

post-rant update : so facebook just enabled my ad account again ! facebook is legit jerking me off these last 2 days . it seems the acc block has something to do with my account quality ?? anyway i'm leaving this ad account on pause , since it's my personal one . i'll experiment with other accounts !

getting new ad accounts is kinda easy , the problem is that i'm kinda hand cuffed when it comes to payments method ! my country won't allow me to spend more than 1k on my CC + my paypal is already used on my main account ! gotta find a solution for payments then i'll handle this easy peasy leads squeezy

ps : i hope i'm not spamming xD

You definitely should leave your personal ad account alone. Things can go even further south than they have so far if you insist on it. I would personally recommend you delete all of the disapproved campaigns and only run compliant advertising on this ad account.

There are lots of options for payment methods. If you have the cash already on hand, consider pre-paid debit cards. If it's easy to get bank accounts, and if FB allows you to link a bank account as an option in your country, consider using that too. There is always a workaround if you want it bad enough.

If you can afford it, I would also recommend running some very clean white hat ads on your personal account to bring the ad account's quality back up and make its history weighted more toward the positive. Consider page like campaigns or reach ads for local businesses or something. Your profile and its relationship to FB is clearly in a bad place and you can only come back by cleaning up your campaigns and running compliant.

It happened with me as well. They re-activated my ad account 3 times. I think it's because we both are directly running sweeps without warming up our ad account.

December is the jolly ban season of FB haha, if you ever want to run WH down the line I also strongly suggest to not use your personal ad account at all for anything sweeps related.

There are companies like Dontfarm, farmerjack, sofarm, blket other providers out there that can sell accounts at a price... but best to keep your personal ad account as the holy grail for campaigns down the line in your future business endeavours

This happened to me too but with whitehat. I got banned and re-enabled about 5-7 times a day for 2 weeks. Finally they banned they whole ad account. Was sure I was compliant.

How good are accounts from those providers? Do you use their farmed accounts or do you just buy the aged accounts from them and farm? Also, for the payment solution, are you using their payment solution or yours?

solid tip man , thanks . i'll leave that ad account be . the thing is believe it or not there a law in my country that forbids me from spending more than 1k on my CC , talk about 3rd world problems :/ so acquiring new CC to fund multiple ad accounts is hard . i've been thinking of moving to some other place but man it's hard to get out .

@user42, I know a lot of people using them. Some prefer provider x, some y.

Test some and see for yourself!

Google for some vcc providers, they are still working on FB directly/via paypal.

We don't use their accounts, we source ours directly no middle man I was just listing as an option outside of using your own personal ad accounts. I do know people who use their accounts though and have used in the past before (over 18 months ago though)

Payment solutions is a range of VCC providers we found to work for FB, just like Stickupkid said there is a huge list of VCC from just google searching lol and you'd be surprised how many can work with FB.
