What is better CPM or CPC for lower budgets with I am during testing and looking for winning and profitable campaigns?
At the moment I am making tests on propellerads
CPC.
There you know exactly how much you pay for a click, independent from the creative CTR.
CPM can work when you have proven creative with high CTR.
But I run only CPC whenever possible.
CPC for sure, and considering the current stage of push (lower CTRs recently) I think it's the best to stick to CPC even once you have a solid campaign optimized.
