I am looking for ways to manage and keep better track of my team's performance, and I am currently looking into different project/team management tools.
Currently we are using google spreadsheets tables to keep track of which daily/weekly tasks fall under which team member's responsibility, and we input manual formulas to keep track of completion rates per task/routine/member.
Are there any tools you guys could recommend, which could keep a similar format while saving me a ton of time creating spreadsheets and writing formulas?
Any recommendation is hugely appreciated!

We use combination of trello and slack with add ons since our team isn't that big. Heard some people I know use Asana which is pretty good too.
We use Asana, Slack and Tableau but we have developers that make it real specific to us.
