Does Desktop Push traffic work? Can it be more effective in some geos and/or verticals than Mobile Push?
I haven't yet tried desktop push myself. Is it worth trying?
I tried it and in my cases quality was worse but I could still make some $$
But I tried only 2 types of products. Actually nutra worked for me better on desktop than on mobile. Of course it depends on GEO and many other factors.
In some cases can work quite good, bids are usually much lower than on mobile.
May be good way to scale your current campaigns on the same traffic source and geo.

Well mobile is definitely highly converting but what ever works on mobile, you should definitely try on Desktop. but you do not to center your creatives a bit different. If for instance on mobile the Icon is be far more important (Since that's how you engage with the user) on desktop the main image has much more impact. But for sure you should give that a try!
The CR on mobile traffic always higher than on desktop (of course there are some exceptions but whatever). Plus the amount of mobile subscriptions higher in 5-200 times. But to make some tests (choose an offer for ex.) desktop would be more comfortable.
For CPA payouts (sale, deposit ect...) Desktop often works better than mobile for us
lead/hold costs are typically a bit more expensive, but they convert to sales / deposits much better compared to mobile
