I can't see my convertions (5)

I can't see my convertions

Hello everybody. Yesterday I started a campaign and now the Affiliate Network shows me 4 conversions but the traffic source and Voluum shows me 0 conversions (have both the same number of clicks). In this way I can't optimize my campaign.
Can someone explain to me where the problem is?

Just contact your am and provide him/her with the screenshot from the tracker showing these results. I'm sure they will explain you the reason.

You probably didn't setup the postback correctly... or did you do that at all?

Voluum is a contact on this board, they're very affiliate friendly and have extensive guides in setting up the tracker correctly

Check the error log in Voluum.

If there are some errors it means the aff network tried to send a post back for the conversion but either your setup for the postback is wrong or the way you pass on the click ID is wrong.

In any case check with Voluum support they are very helpful and in most cases it is just a small fix.
