Is it important to know(understand) -at what times particular offers(vertical) converts best in specific geos?
I mean, I live in Asia, so I do not know much about the timing/habits/lifestyle of European countries, when do the offers convert best in Europe(Spain, Portugal, Germany etc)- at working hours, in the evenings or at late nights ?
As I told in other posts, I am running Mobile Content offers(Cartoon movie, Games etc) these days - so I am trying to understand how to convert these offers more effectively.
So please tell me at which times these offers should be converting best in Europe- A)Midnight to 8AM B) 8AM to 4PM C)4PM to Midnight
And who actually usually buys/subscribes to Cartoon shows and Games- which age group- children, young men or the parents? It will help me understand my target audience?
And is the work timing, enjoyment or entertainment schedule/timings etc is almost similar in the said countries?
Any further suggestions will be welcome.

It depends on the offer really.. I have offers I run 24/7 and I have offers that I run like 6h a day. You will have to test what works the best for you.
It's really hard to set specific hours, your goal should be to run 24/7. Dayparting (targeting specific hours) is usually applied when the data confirms strong patterns. So target the whole day initially, then look at the data to see if there are specific hours that perform WAY better than the rest, OR some hours that perform really poor.
But generally speaking, the products you are promoting, were performing the best for me in the evenings... these are casual/entertainment products, so people are more likely to install them once the work is over. On weekends, traffic for these offers was a bit harder to get, but it still converted well.
