Anybody having run anything lately on that platform?
It seems since around Christmas it's extremely slow and bugged. When trying to access the "placement" tab it shows me a "page error" like below:

When trying to access the dashboard tab it shows a database fetching error. The reports page is working but when I try to generate a report the same error occurs as when trying to access the placement tab.
If I get lucky and actually am able to access the placement tab after about an hour of trying and pause my campaign, it won't really get paused (even though Mochis interface shows me its paused). I still get hundreds of clicks 2 hours later and always go over the offer's cap which results in wasted $$ for traffic (I've thrown a related offer into cpvlab to redirect traffic but since the banner is pushing a completely different game, conversions can't make up for it).
Already sent support 3 emails (the first one around Christmas) but no response so far. It probably is because of the holidays but come on...2 weeks already without any reply?
How has your experience been or does anybody have an alternative contact email? (I used support@mochimedia.com and ss-support@mochimedia.com)
