What flow are you looking for?

SOI/DOI or do you also look for rev share?

For rev share you could also check https://www.trafficpartner.com/ or https://www.datingpartner.com/

They are ok, most (or all) of their offers are on other networks too, so it's not like they offer anything exclusive but that's the same with 90% of the other networks. I'd say they are a good choice to start testing with and I didn't hear anything bad about them either.
