I'm currently running bing ads for clickbank products and I have been getting some sales coming in, I just need to know how to use targeting on bing ads because from my experience the CPC gets higher when you use more specific targeting options, is that true?
So what's the best way to optimiz campaigns?
Also how can I scale on bing ads, on Facebook I just duplicate winning ad sets and scale horizontally, Can I do that on bing if I just have a one keyword per campaign or will my ads be competing against each other?
Should I keep just a one winning ad on bing and raise the budget if the ad has just a one keyword?

A couple of things you can do right away is research more keywords, enter some good negative keywords, target your ad groups, and improve your ads with dynamic text. And don't forget to regularly use the many powerful reports that Bing Ads offers.
I haven't touched Bing in a few months, but I will say their tools are pretty good.
And I will point you to an old thread (on a different forum, sorry) by solarwarrior on Bing+CB which is still the best I know of for what you're playing with.
