Attaining new static ips from isp for fb

I used polars method of buying static IPs from my ISP and 2 have been banned for quite some time, I never got around to using them again as I've found another method. My question is, what should I say to my ISP as to why I need new IP addresses/have my current ones that had banned accts on them changed? I was worried it may raise eyebrows and I don't want it to sound like I'm using their IP's to do some shady shit.. I was going to post this in the thread which this was explained but I had a hard time finding it.

You could just be honest and say you need new IPs because you're having trouble registering with some business advertising services and that the response you're getting from them is that your IP is blacklisted. Just say you've never used this particular service before and don't know how else to avoid the problem but by getting a new IP address.

I doubt your ISP would really care as long as you're not using the IPs for stuff like torrents, etc.

just tell them you need it for proxies or a mail server

You only have to tell them if you're acquiring something excessive. I've found anything under 5 generally doesn't require explaining. 10+ I think they have to ask you according to ICANN. That said, their only obligation is to make sure you have a valid reason for the IP's, what you do after doesn't matter (although if you're going to be xrumering or email blasting to get those IP's blacklisted they probably will). If you look under ICANN's own documentation, one of the many legit reasons for getting more IP's is that you are going to be installing a bunch of SSL certificates for ecommerce sites for clients etc etc. Each SSL certificate needs a unique IP, so you can get 20-50 easily with any respectable host that can manage that in their pool
