Ah yea I'm in the same boat. Just waiting. Silverpaths sign up form doesn't even work... it just goes to a # anchor 
I would like to know how to get approved with the coreg networks as well. With CPA networks, it is pretty easy to get into them and there is no shortage of guides on how to get into them. Can someone please share detailed info on how to get accepted to Silver-Path, GameTheory etc.? There's so many CPA networks, so if you don't get accepted to one of them you can move on to the next one, but if you don't get into SP or GT, you've eliminated yourself from coreg.
Lol, have you tried signing up already? Filling in the form on their site? Worked perfectly for me
