Low feedback rate

Hi,

Our feedback score is under 2 (1.2 today) and FB said once it gets under 1.0, we wont be able to run ads.

1. We can just start running ads from a different FB page? Or we would need to open new account, new credit card, etc'...

2. If we need to change the entire setup, we can use the same pixel?

No you can’t. Use new for everything is my suggestion.

We used new page, new url and new account - the new page got the same score in a matter of days. Seems like the pixel and card needs to be new as well.

So you suggest to open brand new business manager, new account, new FB page, new pixel, right?

Last question, what about credit card and billing address? We should replace it?

Yes, ideally you should replace everything linked to your old FB account or page.
