I'm just curious if there are traffic providers that offer highly targeted push traffic? Basically if I was to run promos locally, would I be able to do it?
What I have in mind is my city with 1.5m people and some outskirt area. The best traffic source for that would probably be FB but I thought I'd ask if something like this possible with Push. And I'm not too focused on age or demographics. Just wanted to see if I can run campaigns in my city via push.
i think on propeller you can filter down by city, not sure about other sources.
