Poor Ads Experience (3)

Poor Ads Experience

This is something I've been struggling with on Facebook for the past few months. For certain landing pages that I put up, my ads will get hit with poor ads experience on them pretty much right away. I can't figure out what Facebook is actually looking at to flag these ads, I've changed the ad copy, the images, made reference to the product being sold in the ad copy... It still all gets flagged as poor ads experience. The ctr is good on these ads and they are relevant not just clickbait, it doesn't seem to make a difference. So I figure it has something to do with the actual landing page but I don't know what they are looking at in the pages. One thing that comes to mind is that the landing pages aren't unique content - they are usually the same presells, but then again when I put the same content in a slightly different format sometimes Facebook doesn't flag it as poor ads experience. Is it the meta data? The bounce rate? The images?

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

- Not original/substantial content
- lots of ads on the landing page
- pop up stuff, or other/similar features which "disrupt" the lander
- high bouncerate/low read rate (short landers with little info)
- sexual/shocking/sensational content
- misleading
- ad serves as a tease to click and read whole story on lander

and probably missing some more!

I had the same issue and they I realized the problem was in video on the landing page.

There was a video where someone is crying but out of happiness but Facebook just flag ads with Poor Ads Experience. Even though all post-click metrics were amazing (BR 30%, ToS 110sec, ...).

I just removed the video and replace it with some photo, and it went back to normal.

As @stickupkid mentioned it could be anything. I suggest that you go through the funnel and everything that you possibly think can be an issue, just replace one by one and see what’s causing the issue. I believe it can be maybe just one single word or too much CAPS LOCK for example.

Hope you figure it out!

Cheers,
