Which case, yes, I think you can do that.. But if you aren't letting the user does the email submit path, then I think your submit quality traffic
will be crap and you'll see a huge scrub.
But I think the way to do is, you use div tags for the content area. To update the div area to a new offer, i think you need to use a database/flat file of some sort that will get updated from the network when the email submit is good.
Custom pixel placement that when loaded, pops your path in the background? Just an idea, never done it though
