Anyone ever get reimbursed for bot traffic on Megapush?
Hey everyone
Am currently battling with Megapush support trying to see if I can get some reimbursement for bot traffic, had a sudden surge of traffic from 1 feedsourceid in just a few hours but the traffic has zero CTR (on a funnel that has a backbutton redirect that counts towards CTR). Pretty sure its bot but the fact that their support doesn't really speak English is making this extremely difficult (as they aren't making sense in their reply). So wondering if anyone ever have success or should I just cut my losses and move on?

They do have a system of giving you 'free clicks' when their algorithm detects shitty traffic, so it's worth a shot.
You may have to go through several support reps before you get someone decent. I've noticed that you have to go through at least 3 every time you have an issue.

Please, send the screenshots of the statistics from the tracker with IPs, from user agent to the telegram account @botfighter, your issue will be considered and the compensation will be surely charged to your account.
In addition, our support speaks English quite well. Sorry for misunderstanding.

Anyways I've given up on this case and what I have learnt is:
- Best talk to their support during day time of GMT +2. The ones outside of those hours don't seem to know what is going on and said to me "I'm telling you for sure that we don't have any bot traffic. I assure you of this" (I actually have the screenshot of this) whilst when I contacted them again at the right hours their rep told me to contact botfigher as well which gave clearer instructions.
- The information they ask for is fairly detailed and isn't something that my tracker (Voluum) had unless I upgraded my plan to their Grow plan. You pretty much need to provide the IP, user agent of all the visits in question for them to even consider an investigation. Maybe this is standard practice but I got another traffic source to reimburse me by just telling them my campaign ID and source.
My loss was around $50USD so doesn't seem worth it at this point. And honestly not surprised by this anymore given the various issues people have had with Megapush. Will still use them but they never were my top traffic source so it is what it is.

If it's just $50 it's really not worth your time, they will surely ask for plenty of info and delay the reimbursement, just like insurance companies do

Maybe try and bring all of the evidence you got. The screenshots that shows what you mean, it might be a bit difficult to talk to a non responsive support, but you can't argue with evidence. If you present that i'm sure it can make a difference. And if you feel you are not getting the result you wanted, just carry on to the next traffic source. There is a lot of competitors out there that are doing the same thing
