i have succesfully dowloaded landers from adplexity and uploaded to amazon s3 using cyberduck software
then i have my lander and i have my offer
the question is how how i add my offer url to landing page and where should i add my offer url

You add your offer url everywhere someone clicks away from the landing page.
You want to edit the lander and you add your offer/tracking url before you upload it.
So... Download something like Sublime text or use an online editor like Cloud9 (what I use) and add your offer url before uploading it again.
As said above, you need to edit your landing page and insert your "CLICK" url.
You will find it in your tracker.
Then once the visitor clicks through your campaign and land on your landing page, after click they will be redirected to the offer that you set up in your campaign on the tracker side.
