Hi,
can I put all the JT tracking parameters in one subid like this?
affiliatelink.com/r.php?subid=ads300x50n12-JT_ADBUNDLE-JT_KEYWORD-JT_OPERATOR-JT_HANDSET-JT_PUBLISHER-JT_SITE
Thanks...
Absolutely.
Thanks,
I'm going to set my very first mobile campaign up now.
I am so excited
don't use dashes, use commas instead. some of the variables may have a dash in them and fucks up the columns when you try to split it. I learned that the hard way.
so..
I should use link like this?
affiliatelink.com/r.php?subid=ads300x50n12,JT_ADBUNDLE,JT_KEYWORD,JT _OPERATOR,JT_HANDSET,JT_PUBLISHER,JT_SITE
I have never used commas to separate the tracking parameters before.
It looks a little weird but is it working like this?
Thanks.
Yeah. I prefer multiple subids, one for each, but it works if there's no other option (NB). if you're exporting to excel and doing text to columns or anything like that it will work fine w/ commas. some sites or publishers may have a "-" in them so when you try to break it up into columns like that it will bust it across multiple columns and get nasty.
