Just need to make sense out of this. Ran this campaign, I think I bid on the traffic pretty high but it seems to be average, maybe? My budget ran out in like 15 minutes but I got some conversions.
What would my next step be?

I think Egypt did ~2% conversion per 1000, so I topped up the budget, adjusted the traffic bid to be the average, removed Brazil/Turkey. Gonna see how that works out.

Your next step is to analyze the data and decide whether there is something that shows promise and could be improved with some tweaks to the funnel.
You can test a different bid, to see if the perfomance changes.
You can test a bunch of new ads, to see if some perform better.
You can look at the conversions and check what type of visitors actually converted and then try to get more of those... device, OS, carrier... whatever your traffic source allows to use for targeting.
You can try to target different GEOs too...
There is a lot of things you can try, this is just the beginning

I think this is starting to make sense, paid traffic that is. I'm going to reference Vortex's guide and start on landers this week with push traffic. But I'm surprised that PopAds did that well. Propeller only had 3 conversions for me.

Propeller is still one of the better sources for push traffic, the problem with small budgets is that you never know what kind of traffic you will get to buy at that very time. They rotate a lot of pubs, so sometimes the traffic you get can be better, sometimes it's gonna be worse. Once you manage to scale your operation, you will notice all kinds of ups and down throughout the day. It's quite possible that you were lucky to get better traffic from popads during your test, but the next time it might very much end up the other way around
But anyways, you don't have to start with propeller or any other specific network, if popads seems to work better for you, then stick to it for now. You can always open up new sources later on.
