Why Aren't More People Interested in Getting $500 For Free?

I'm really perplexed about something, and was hoping you all could shed some light...

When Megapush asked us for permission to run a contest where they'd be giving participants $500's worth of push traffic for free, we said yes because we thought our members would appreciate saving $500 on traffic.

I mean, so many of you are already running traffic on Megapush already. And their campaign approval is so lax, there's basically no need to cloak when running quite aggressive angles.

It's not like STM is involved in the contest, or that we have anything to gain from it, but I'm just really, really curious as to why it is that not more of you are taking advantage of this!

The only condition is you'll need to post your results. Is this the deterrent? That nobody wants to divulge their campaign details?

I genuinely want to know the reason that's keeping most of you from participating - because I was planning on inviting other networks to run similar contests in the future to give you guys access to more free traffic.

So if there are things you guys don't like about this type of contests, please let me know so I don't waste time giving you guys what you don't need/want.

In addition: If there are types of contests you guys would like to see more of, please let me know about that as well, and I'll do my best to work something out with the various networks.

I think there are 2 main reasons:

1.) nobody wants to share details of their camps in such details

2.) quality of MP traffic went down a lot. Even their main feed is full of crap right now. I have spent $xx,xxx on their platform in the first half of this year, but it's nearly impossible for me to run something profitable there lately.

Does anyone else have other opinions? I know a lot of you have experience running traffic on Megapush.

Two main things that would hold a lot of people back would be Megapush's vague requirements combined with the lack of responsiveness to anyone's questions in the main thread, and of course the amount of detail they are asking for.

That being said, I'm testing a bunch of random offers anyway in the hopes of getting the money back, but even if they puss out I'll still have gained the experience

And how about this?

Megapush suddenly disabling all external feeds from ALL campaigns unless your account balance is at least $500

That's a mean thing to do in the middle of everyone testing for this contest.

It is our new policy . We have also City Ads section where you can choose your preferable feed even if your balance is low than 500$

Dear our traffic is of high quality but if you have any complaints about the traffic you can talk to our support team via live chat. They will quickly solve the issue .
