I see a lot of people get facebook ad bans, can anyone explain why this occurs, are these from violations of terms of service? Do the accounts ever get reinstated? How do people deal with accounts getting banned, meaning how do you get new accounts to use, or reinstate the old ones so that you are not permanently banned from the platform?
I am thinking of doing lead generation through facebook, facebook ad leading to an advertorial page, to quiz or funnel.

You can read through Facebooks privacy policy to keep up to date with what will trigger bans, they're pretty trigger happy thats for sure. They've got a lot of reasons, its kinda like a risk analysis score. IP/CC BIN/Account geo/Human behaviour/image been banned before/adcopy been banned before/domain if you're low in all of those and put up an ad the AI can't seem to understand or thinks is low quality it will trigger bans. Credit cards outside of account geo can trigger unusual activity, change of IPs can do the same.
If you get banned you can appeal, if you running BH and any spend on ads chances are you won't get it back. If you're running clean you will most likely get it back whether it has spent or not, a lot of the time running a new ad account with ads can trigger a ban of some sort so don't panic just appeal like "Why has my account been locked?" etc
Methods of getting accounts is renting real FB user accounts from people for a fee or Farming. >> for more on these topics best to check out blackhatworld.
Leadgen is doable on FB in a WH way, just keep up to date with their policies and keep away from too much sensational writing styles. Once again not everything bans lol but aggressive stuff they really don't like anymore and they're much better at stomping it out.
