How does SkinnyFit stay UNBANNED?!?!?!
I've been following SkinnyFit branding for a few years now.
Ads they are running: https://www.facebook.com/ads/library...87262238213625
Here is their landing page for the detox tea: https://get.skinnyfit.com/detox/supe...e-weight-loss?
Anyone know how they are staying unbanned? I've tried way softer marketing approaches and I've still lost half a dozen ad accounts.

Because they run a legitimate company, not nutra offers with aggressive sales pages/false claims.
They also do not run some aggressive advertorial pre lander or anything like that.
But most importantly, they spend a lot of money and probably have a dedicated AM or even a media buyer from FB themselves, so these ads get automatically approved - the company/account is probably on some whitelist.
I am sure all their claims are backed by proof, no celebs endorsing them without any approval from the celeb itself etc...

I don't see anything ban worthy in that campaign.

Timonlkm already pointed out good elements (legitimate company, no false claims, etc) that make the difference, but in a more general way, consider this: Facebook is not against marketing products, nor marketing itself...instead, they take care of the user experience, so they are against marketing campaings that lead to "misleading" offers.
What's considered a "misleading" offer?
Well, I don't have a crystall ball, but in my opinion if you can consider it a "misleading" offer for some reasons... the FB team will probably consider it a misleading offer!

Exactly!
Owning the offer and having a direct line with FB reps after big spends is such a massive competitive advantage

Thanks all for your replies.
I've experienced a ton of account bans in the weight-loss space for eccommerce bans. From what I just read, something stood out. A quote from Tim "They also do not run some aggressive advertorial pre lander or anything like that."
My ban issues started when I ran traffic to a pre lander that squeezes an email address... Could come across as being too scamy to an ad rep.
I think I've spent too much time obsessing over the details, like not using the word "fat" etc, that I forgot that these are humans reviewing these funnels. And they are probably looking at the overall feeling of these funnels.
I've noticed that even some of the other bigger brands like Organifi also don't use prelanders for weight-loss. So maybe the risk of pre landers giving a brand that un-legitimate feel is just too great.
My plan moving forward is to be straight forward with my landers with offers at the top, and ofcourse limit my claims. Here's my latest attempt. https://cheetafit.co.za/products/feel-the-glow (Still a rough draft.)
Will be launching this brand soon on FB within the next few weeks, so will see what it does.
Thanks again all for the valuable advise.

Yep just copy the things SkinnyFit and other companies like that do. Spy on all their ads, see what they run with.
Pre landers are probably an issue when you get manually reviewed, I don't see a lot of WH e-com businesses run with pre landers, some do run ads to an advertorial on a big site like Forbes to establish authority and that should work.
So if you really want to try/test running with some pre-lander then purchase advertorials on a big authority site and run with that. (retarget everyone who viewed the article and push them to the sales page, play around with it)
FB is being a bitch though, especially on verticals like weight loss. I believe once u spend $5m+ annually (correct me if I am wrong) that will start opening doors and getting you in touch directly with employees of FB that will manage your campaigns and thus make sure you can scale hard, get all ads through at any point and have no more account issues but until you get to that level you have to be really compliant and copy the big boys who are 100% FB compliant.
