I have noticed that the CR for my Ecom campaigns seems to be a lot lower during the day.
Could this be people browsing websites while at the office but not buying anything as they are not at home?
Interested to hear what other people do? Do you (for an example) only run your campaigns outside office hours?
Thanks.
Yes, was recently running an ecom offer on native that really only converted in the afternoon. If that's what it wants, then thats what you feed it.
I might also depend on what type of ecom you do. Impulse, low cost products I can imagine will convert 24/7.
If it’s a high-end, quality product people might safe the link or fwd it to check later thoroughly before buying. Then the evening/at home makes sense yes.

They are the lower end type of products.. Drones, Wifi Boosters, all in the 50-100usd bracket.
Perhaps try to adjust your angle based on day parts.
Account 1: schedule campaign only during the day. Adjust features/photos/moods/activities etc to daily situations to make it feel more relevant.
Account 2: schedule campaign only during the night. Adjust angle with night shots/creatives/features etc
Account 3: angle from account 1 scheduled 24/7.
Accoujt 4: angle from account 2 scheduled 24/7.
This way you can see if adjusted angles based on day time convert best?
Maybe the night angle works in general best? Because of flashy and a better wow/must have - effect etc..
It’s quite a test I know haha. But maybe worth it if you have the time and accounts!
And by the way, a drone is in my honest
opinion quite a “review”-related product, maybe even the cheaper ones? So in a way it makes sense you are experiencing a better CR during evening/night.

I did some more research and found that when you search for the products on Google or Bing review sites show up.
Might quickly throw up a review site and use that to capture visitors looking for reviews.
Anyone ever tried this tactic?
I used to run sim-only comparion sites, average cpa 20 euro, and they did quite well with adwords. But that was like 10 years ago so I am not sure how this is still respresentative enough. SEO will be quite a job because you probably have a big gap to fill content-wise compared to the current competition. Ofcourse, everything is possible haha!
