Uploading Mobile numbers to FB (1)

Hi,

I am having difficulty uploading my customer data to FB audiences.
I have a list of US numbers, however, when uploading them to FB they are not being recognised.
FB examples shows they should be formatted like this:

FB examples (not real numbers)

My question is, has anyone experienced this before? If so, are there any solutions/tools that can be used to format my mobile numbers to FBs required format?
