How do I get in contact with STM support?

Sent several messages via the "Member Area" and haven't gotten a response yet.

Would appreciate it.

Hello,

there is a contact app that you can use, link is in the top menu, see the screen below. Please note that during the weekend, it might take some time to get a reply.

Actually that link isn't working for me - maybe it's because I'm on desktop. Going to ask our dev to look into it.

1)The "Help & Support" subforum at the bottom:

I just tried to click on the link and it works fine for me, the chat widget opens for me and I'm on desktop too... not sure why it's not working for you Amy. It's probably a good idea to talk to the devs, there might be some issue
