Outbrain Taboola merger details? (4)
So the news is out there. But unless I missed a whole few sentences I didnt see any actual details aside from Taboola buying out outbrain.
Does anyone know how long it'll take before the traffic change will come into play?
What will happen with the outbrain website?
Any other news??

"As this deal was only signed and not closed, there are no changes expected to happen for at least another 9 months. The merger is subject to customary regulatory approval, and Taboola and Outbrain will continue to operate as independent companies until such approvals are received. As such, it should be business as usual and you should continue to work with us as previously. "

Since the combined entity is going to be majority owned by Taboola and use the name Taboola, I am *assuming* that when it finally occurs the Outbrain interface will disappear and Taboola's current one will remain, but as TheDude said that is still quite a ways off, and Taboola's interface could evolve by then anyway
