Push traffic sources with segmentation by time from subscription?

Hey.

Which push traffic sources let you segment by time from subscription? i.e. similar to Propellerads user activity segmentation.

Couple of them have this, here are some that come to my mind: Adsterra, Pushground, Evadav, Admaven, RichPush.

At Pushground, You can segment your campaigns based on user freshness (time from subscription) by 0-7 days, 8-21 days, +21 days, or Unknown. This is more specific than others that simply give you a check box that says new users.

Are these ranges, or exact days?

Ie. is 7 days exactly 7 days on the list or 0-7 days?

It's ranges, so anything up to 7 days old
