Is it possible to add a code to a PPV LP so that when the prospect clicks on my call to action, the aff link will break out of the PPV window and load in a seperate window?

you have no control over the user agent....on someone else PC....
Why are you looking to hide traffic? If you mean hide KWs from the network then cpvlab or prosper can do that for you while tracking them at the same time.
