[REMOTE WORK] HIRING very creative person full time to join my team from EU timezone (1)

I am looking to hire a very creative person to join my team, preferably from EU timezone.

-Your job will be to work with me and my other creative person to brainstorm new angles and come up with framework for copy we can pass onto my 10 copywriters so they all can write their own version of the story.
-Your job will be to help write guides with screenshots for our team that explain how to do things.
-You should know PHOTOSHOP and basic video editing (like Camtasia, or Premiere)

Time of work is from 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday

Those that prove themselves will have the chance to go onto roles that pay % of profits.
