So i found a few offers in a network where the link is sent to their own flog / farticle. Does this protect me? Considering its not my site at all..

if its like "thebizopnetwork" or as they call themselves cutting edge now.....ya most of what they have goes thru lawyers....so its legit....elsewhere...not sure but they might be brokering thru them....
Technically no. I talked to my attorney and she said I can still be liable. However I believe the chances are less likely personally since the FTC would be investigating the landing page before they investigate the ads.
