Facebook Unable to Publish Ads 'Service Temporarily Unavailable #2'

Hey guys,

Unfortunately, it seems I can not publish any more facebook ads due to this error :

I've cleared cache, retried over the course of 36 hours numerous times, even duplicated the campaign and attempted to run the other campaign.

The campaign is based on LLA audiences 1%-9% LLA. Ad account is old and running other campaigns as well. Might have to give another ad account a try.

Any ideas?

Last weekend FB had some internal problems; accounts went down which shouldn't be banned, messed up stats, not possible to launch ads and all kinds of errors. They mentioned it should be fixed within 48hrs (from sunday), so in fact most stuff should be recovered.

If that's not the case your account might be in manual review, or on the verge of getting banned. Sometimes it takes hours before you get the notification of a ban, whilst some parts of the ad manager already shows signs of that ban.

Have you tried launching ads in other accounts maybe? Have you tried to launch other ads on the same account?

Yeah so the error seems to be with just the LLAs. So if I try to launch a campaign with LLAs, it doesn't seem to process. However, if I have a remarketing campaign or Interest based campaign, it processes. I'll try contacting their support.

Like stickup said above, FB has been a complete and utter horrorshow the last week lol with many internal problems, errors and updates.

Is it fixed for you now?
