Jumbleberry tracking in Voluum?

Could anyone please share their Voluum settings for Jumbleberry?

Many thanks!

What do you need exactly , how to pass subids or postbacks?

Did you check out their "pixel helper" extension? I didn't personally use that, but it looks like it might be of help to you: https://jumbleberry.com/news/introdu...-pixel-helper/

Ask your AM

If I recall, they set it up individually for you, and each AM may do it differently:

e.g. my post back tokens were cid, xxc2xx, and xxpayoutxx making the end of my url ?cid=xxc2xx&payout=xxpayoutxx

I also remember the end of my JB offer URLs were funky with a bunch of tildes, e.g.: '...~~//c2={clickid}/'

So you need two of those forward slashes before the token.

And it's really easy to fuck up, so definitely ask your AM and test it, so you don't end up with a bunch of conversions and no data like I did

Hey Eurosen,

Hulland here from the JB team

I would follow Jaybot's setup. Amongst most of our guys, they run a very similar setup to this:

?cid=xxc2xx&payout=xxpayoutxx and sometimes will add on txid.

Depending on how your cid (s1 or s2) is setup it will look like one of these:

cid=c1/s1: test-link.com/a9sdas0d9aasd9~/{clickid}//
cid=c2/s2: test-link.com/a9sdas0d9aasd9~//{clickid}/

hope this help clears things up - feel free to hit me up if you need further help

Cheers,
Hulland

Hey Hulland,

Thanks for sending this. We will add the template to Voluum panel later this week. Let's connect (I sent you a DM with my details) to double-check the settings first.
