Bluehost Pro Version Vs. VPS hosting

Hello Guys,

I am very new in this forum, I am very happy to write my first post.

I am running native campaigns on Taboola and MGID since a year and I have currently around 300k clicks from Native ads monthly. I was using shared hosting with Bluehost and I didn't come across with performance issues but after I read posts about hosting, I saw that it was not recommended to be used in paid ads.

So I wrote to Bluehost customer service and they offered me a pro plan in shared hosting and said that performance is very good in this plan. I added the screenshot of it and I wanted to ask your opinion if it would be enough to go with shared hosting PRO plan for 500k monthly clicks.

Bluehost is just straight up trash. A 1gb server from cloudways.com will absolutely destroy anything you’ve currently got performance wise and cost less

Whoever you read recommending bluehost got a $100+ commission from your signup so they have a water interest in saying it’s great. Cancel ASAP

i would go with cloudways.com ( 2 or 4 gb digital ocean plan) + cloudflare (free plan) as a CDN if i were you. I'm using them myself for some sites and their performance is awesome.

Yup, bluehost is really not the best choice for performance marketing, especially when you're running any decent volumes. They oversell their servers, which can result in random downtimes or high loading times, which pretty much equals to throwing money out of the window.

Right now I'm using digitalocean, vultr and beyondhosting ... didn't really have any performance issues with any of them.
