Interesting stuff. First thing thats pops in mind is targeting polish people overseas. I am pretty sure some geo's offer a good amount of Polish people to expand your potential audiences! Maybe later I will provide some more feedback since I didn't read so throughly yet!

edit* especially when you live in another/foreign country - you might feel lonely and drifted away from your origin/country. Try to use it in a angle for example... give them that patriotic feeling....

Best would be a place with a very recent immigrant population. My mom was talking about this...when someone emigrates, politics is one of the first things that they disconnect from.

Very thorough post... good stuff!

It seems to me that if you like running this store and want to expand organically and in a way that takes advantage of the data you've been collecting, the logical route would be to move laterally within Polish language to adjacent political ideologies/belief systems/interests.

So if he's a Libertarian and supports gun rights, perhaps you could begin marketing shirts to gun-owners in general, even if those shirts aren't tied to that specific politician. Or if your core audience is Euroskeptic, perhaps you could start marketing Euroskeptic merchandise in general. You could even create some sister-sites that you cross-polinate with the original one. And whether or not his party does well at the polls, it would seem that the underlying ideas he represents will retain their popularity.

Probably common sense but wanted to throw out anything I could think of. Very cool stuff!
